Duties and Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties
Handles all pick and pack activities according to order picking procedures Ensure that goods are picked as per pick slip requirements (system suggested location, item description, batch, expiry date, UOM and quantity) Ensure all goods after picked, checked and appropriately packed into carton or polythene bag with appropriate packaging materials, if required. Ensure all direct rejects and returns are put away into the respective storage location to ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out / FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) or base on respective Principal\xe2\x80\x99s inventory / house code. Ensure all damaged and expired goods are removed from the sellable locations with proper system transaction updates and inform the supervisor accordingly Perform any other work-related task or assignment delegated by superior
Checking During picking, check and verify all product pickings are performed according to the picking slip by system suggested location / model # / color / quantity and batch # / expiry if applicable. During QC (Quality Check) and packing for loose picking, ensure items and quantity are verify twice before pack / pick. Account for total item quantity pick by model base on batch picking list During driver collection, tally check each item model again the driver\xe2\x80\x99s Tally Sheets / Transfer Slips by vehicle # File all Pick slip and tally sheet for each AM / PM session Assist in annual stock take / cycle count / location audit, as and when required
Housekeeping / Hygiene Clear rubbish regularly within the work area Always maintain proper good housekeeping practices Proper attired with Company Uniforms and Safety wear provided by company.
Assist in other areas within the warehouse operation (such as value added services, pallet transfer, insertion of leaflet / instruction, \xe2\x80\xa6.etc)
Take on other job tasks as and when assign by the superior
Qualifications and Requirements
IT literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to speak and write simple English Experience in warehouse and distribution operations Min GCE \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d level, preferable with Diploma in Warehouse / Distribution / Logistic Ability to work harmoniously with others in the team
