JOB MISSION:

To control the flow of stock, monitoring and ensuring the process for movement and storage of incoming and outgoing goods runs efficiently and safely.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform & account for physical receipt of materials from suppliers/vendors.
• Perform sampling, labelling of incoming materials & put away to designated storage.
• To liaise operation between production, 3PL or other departments as & when required.
• Prepare & execute timely outbound deliveries.
• Ensure to carry out timely & accurate system inventory transactions.
• Assist with loading/unloading & stuffing/unstuffing of deliveries/collections.
• Packing & palletize of finish goods accordingly to the shipment PL.
• Maintain good cleanliness, housekeeping & workplace safety awareness.
• Compliance of rules & regulations stated by the organization.
• Perform cycle count/stock take if required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assign by the superior.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

• At least a GCE N/O Level
• Must possess a valid forklift licence & able to operate reach truck/stacker.
• Knowledge of basic computer, emails, proficient in SAP is an added advantage.
• IATA dangerous goods certificate is an added advantage(Optional).
• Proficient in spoken & written English.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse or relevant industry.
• Physically fit to carry out lifting, stacking, pushing & material handling functions.
• Independent & a Team Player
