Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/COLLEGE DEGREE
• 2 year's prior experience in data entry, data analytics and/or inventory control relevant job in a logistics company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WMS or SAP operation experience
• Knowledge of the Telecom or Warehousing industry preferred or the ability to learn within 30 days of employment
• Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory management, supply chain management
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to have high attention to detail and remain organized
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to take a proactive approach to research and problem solving

Brief Description of the Job:

• Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Examine the levels of materials inventory to determine shortages or redundant.
• Conduct periodic or random inventory count or inventory audit for the warehouses of different areas.
• Analyze, research and resolve issues/variances of the inventory data of the warehouse. Ensure all requested adjustments are well investigated and authorized/ valid.
• Reviewing all inventory reports submitted by the warehouses, ensuring accuracy and providing heads up and recommendations to the management for any recurring lapses.
• Tracking and controlling the inventory of all the warehouses based on the system such as WMS.
• Tracking KPIs regularly and ensuring timely issuance of notices to concerned 3PL partners.
• Other assigned tasks by the direct supervisor
