Job Description

Job Scope:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring all product inventory is tracked and logged accurately to prevent discrepancies or losses.
• Manage the acceptance of deliveries and oversee the proper storage of products.
• Order and restock supplies as needed, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Supervise the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Oversee the packing and shipping of orders for delivery, ensuring quality control.
• Inspect all incoming and outgoing orders for damage, defective parts, and missing items, and manage the reporting and return of damaged products.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery for transporting large orders and heavy products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints regarding products, shipping speeds, or damaged items efficiently.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to monitor inventory levels, balance accounts, and generate reports.
• Ensure the warehouse area is clean and organized, promoting a safe working environment.
• Report to upper management about warehouse performance and alert them of any issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing or as a storekeeper, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to handle heavy goods safely and efficiently.
