About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all warehouse processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with GMP standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a small team of two warehouse assistants, maintain stock accuracy, and coordinate both inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management

Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch. Lead and motivate a team of two warehouse assistants to achieve operational targets. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards across 3 levels of warehouse
Inventory Control & Documentation

Prepare and record Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials. Organize and allocate stocks accurately in designated storage areas. Generate and affix QC-approved labels on approved materials. Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and packing lists for outgoing products, ensuring packaging integrity. Monitor inventory levels and alert management when replenishment is required. Conduct and lead periodic stock counts, making adjustments after management approval. Manage stock transfers between internal departments and coordinate subcontractor rework materials.
Team Training & Development

Conduct GMP and in-house training for warehouse assistants to uphold operational standards. Support staff in achieving daily and long-term performance goals. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and minimize waste. Oversee disposal, waste segregation, and waste management in compliance with NEA requirements.
Stock Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor and report missing or lost inventory promptly to management. Coordinate product receipt, storage, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Generate and ensure accurate product labelling according to customer requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent qualification. At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the FMCG industry. Knowledge of GMP standards and warehouse safety protocols. Proficient in warehouse documentation, inventory management, and stock control systems. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems will be an advantage. Must possess a valid forklift license. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
