Salary: $2500-$3000
Location: Sungei Kadut Loop [Shuttle Bus provided (Yew Tee MRT Station)]Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Warehouse facility.
• Lead the Warehouse Team and perform daily Warehouse operations on receiving, handling, storing, picking, inspection and packing activities within the Warehouse.
• Develop a warehouse management system by determining product handling, storage, packaging and delivery requirements including space utilization, inventory management, goods inspection and logistics processes / procedures.
• Set-up and maintain Warehouse standards to define Warehouse workflow.
• Responsible to control and monitor inventory levels by conducting regular stock takes and updating inventory records.
• In-charge of monitoring of stock transfer like goods issued to Production or return to Warehouse.
• Facilitate proper paperwork done to ensure stock accuracy in the inventory system.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse team and assists on incoming and outgoing goods delivery.
• Practise first in, first out of goods
• Ensuring cleanliness and housekeeping of Warehouse area.
• Continuously looking into ways to improve warehouse operational procedures on stock transfers and operational safety to improve stock integrity and safety of the warehouse operations.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management / Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience on Warehousing role or related

functions * Strong knowledge on Warehouse processes and procedures

• Able to generate Warehouse standards / operating procedures / work

instructions. * Basic computer literacy skills

• Possession of a forklift license is an advantage.
• Experience in handling large shipments and using of warehouse equipment

like pallet jack, etc. * Working knowledge on SAP system is preferred or its equivalent system2. Warehouse Assistant SupervisorSalary: $2500 - $3200
Location: Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm:

• Monitor warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system.
• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List.
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications.
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacity requirements.
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List.
• Raise purchase order when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit.
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request.
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.
• Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs.
• Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs.
• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
• Highlight, feedback or suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting.
• Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director.
