Job Description

• Strategically manage warehouse & logistics in compliance with company's policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Liaise with clients, and suppliers
• Plan work routes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Produce reports and statistics regularly
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Able to work effectively as part of a team. Proficient in leading medium sized teams- Strong negotiation skills, strong contractual and commercial competence
• Demonstrates sound skills in project management and planning
• Understands and leads Customer Service improvements
• Willing in shifting Schedule
• Monday to Saturday work schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree specializing in Supply Chain Management or any related course.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
• Experience in Logistic and Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Functions is an advantage.
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Excellent communication with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Manufacturing industry experience an asset
• Possess successful leadership experience, including skills in coaching and training

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:

• 8 hour shift
