Proactive role in supervising warehouse activities to achieve high service standards, working closely with and under the guidance of the Assistance Manager OperationsMain Role AccountabilitiesCustomer Service Delivery

• Ensure that all SIN customer service delivery and operational warehouse process meet/exceed customer expectations in line with Customer First!
• Have a solid understanding of the warehouse process and perform regular service reviews within the internal teams.
• Ensure that all new warehouse business wins are successfully implemented.
• Always ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Warehouse Operational Process and KPI

• Daily Inventory Receipt & Dispatch
• Monthly Stock checks
• Drive an operational process excellence mindset across the warehouse Team where process optimization, continual improvement and productivity are vital.
• Responsibility for new processes and changes to existing process designs in line with group methodology.
• Reduce the cost to serve whilst increasing scale/capacity.

People Management

• Lead and inspire the employees by acting as a role model, mentor, and coach.
• Set clear objectives, directly linked to the business strategy, and guide the team to achieve defined targets and performance standards

Compliance:

• Meet all Statutory Requirements for the Aviation industry.
• Ensure all staff are trained and follow requirements under BSI Standard

Reporting:

• Effectively communicate on performance to the Assistant Manager of the Operations, identifying areas of success and potential improvement.
• Gathers and analyses warehouse transactional data.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in Warehouse Supervisor roles within logistics/air freight industry
• Sound IT & E-mail Communication skills
• Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
