LocationSingapore The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. :

• Overall responsible for the daily operations including physical operations- receiving, storing, picking, packing, inventory management, and worker/shift management;
• Meet warehouse operational SLAs by general management, problem solving and employee coaching/training;
• On-site coordinate external landlord/manpower contractor and internal ops backend teams to ensure operational safety and accuracy.
• Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance
• Continuously improve the through put and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Ability to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is mandatory
• Prior experience in leading a team
• Knowledge of key WMS functionalities is expected
• Role will be based in the West (Cogent)
