Job Desription
- Oversee the operation of cold room warehouse, including material handling, order tracking, record stocks, operation as well as customer services.
- Ensure physical inventory accuracy by coordination with operation supervisor.
- Coordinate with operation department to manage inventory level between 2 warehouse locations.
- Provide inventory reports to customers as well as to finance department using a warehouse management system and excel.
- Organize & Maintaining documents
- Arrange container loading & unloading
- Take care the company phone & emails, answering & responding queries from customers
- Improve operational efficiency
- Managing logistic crew members
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required languages: Mandarin English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skills: WMS, Microsoft Office
- Preferably Entry Level Specialized in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Good communication skills as well as problem solving skills
- Work 5.5 days per week
