Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations of production line
- Responsible for staff scheduling including work assignments/rotations, employee breaks, overtime assignment.
- Lead and motivate staffs to meet SAFETY/QUALITY & Production target.
- Plan and execute activities to improve efficiency, quality and reduce waste.
- Responsible for equipment maintenance and periodic calibration.
- Production resource planning according to logistics schedule and volume per store orders and inventory management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
