Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Warehouse Assistants to perform daily warehouse activities in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through achieving excellence in receiving, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
Support order fulfilment, picking, packing for accurate and timely delivery of goods
Support shipment loading & unloading activities
Ensure shipments\xe2\x80\x99 and inventory transactions\xe2\x80\x99 accuracy
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Plan delivery routes and coordinate with internal and external customers on delivery
Work with various departments to resolve warehouse operation related issues
Ensure Workplace Safety procedure are fully complied
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
Assist in data collection and reporting
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative solutions

Requirements:

GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level, NITEC or Certificate/Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any related field
3 -5 years of Warehouse & Logistics operation experience
Self-motivated and energetic
Good team player with strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP experience has an added advantage
Possess Forklift Driving Licence
