TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Check and inspect goods received, ensuring accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality. 2) Pack, stock, organise and rearrange product items in the warehouse. 3) Pick, package and label product items before dispatch. 4) Operate the MHE forklift, pallet truck, reach truck, VNA, stacker, scissors lift, etc., as and when required. 5) Perform regular housekeeping for safe and clean work environment. 6) Maintain and service warehouse tools, MHE and trucks. 7) Organise and maintain records of inventories up-to-date. 8) Manage and ensure accurate shipping, loading and unloading of products. 9) Use the required PPE while performing any work in accordance with WSH standards. 10) Manage and maintain external PLG sites (13TS, 8TS, 10TS) as per the preceding tasks and responsibilities. 11) Lead and guide a group of warehouse assistants to ensure all site jobs are completed without flaws. 12) Ensure productivity in jobs assigned and update his/her supervisors in the daily work file created in the shared drive. 13) Ensure zero tolerance to major errors that could negatively impact company finances. 14) Ensure regular communication with superiors on daily assignments without fail. 15) Perform any other duties assigned.

Requirements 1) At least a diploma graduate 2) Adequate experience in the freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics industry 3) From 3 to 4 years of experience managing a team 4) Able to perform overtime when required 5) Able to work in the Tuas area 6) Team player and has a positive attitude
