Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage storage arrangement of Finished Goods & components.

2. Arrange daily in bound & out bound loading activity.

3. Prepare COA (Certificate Of Assurance).

4. Facilitate physical monthly stock count activities. Perform stock taking and inventory checks as and when required during non-working days.

5. Have to maintain/upkeep warehouse equipment.

6. Supervise and manage warehouse & components floor housekeeping follow with 5\'s system.

7. Supervise a warehouse team in daily warehousing operations to ensure that warehouse activities are executed smoothly and effectively.

8. Monitoring of daily inbound and outbound stock and to conduct investigations for any shortfalls.

9. Display good management of inventory by ensuring assurance of supply of goods.

10. Identify improvements and streamline work processes for warehouse operations.

11. Execute safety and maintenance practices in compliance to OSHAS, 5S and ISO requirements.

12. Prepare monthly inventory related and any other reports assigned by HOD.

13. Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc task and related duties as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Min Diploma level or equivalent

2. Possess min 5 years experience in procurement, material control & preferably in manufacturing industry.

3. Valid license to operate forklift as well.
