Job Description

Job duties :

• Plan, assign and direct the overall warehouse operation/activities.
• Ensure smooth data flow until the order fulfilment and delivery of job requirements.
• Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.
• Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times.
• Conducted periodic physical inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles and improvement recommendations.
• Staff development through regular coaching, feedbacks and facilitation of training needs.
• Ensuring warehouse safety and SOP.
• Undertaking any other assignments from the management from time to time.

Requirements :

• GCE O Levels and above
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory/ team lead role
• Able to commit OT when required

Location: Pioneer Sector - Walking distance from MRT Station

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (OT payable)

Basic from $2400 onwards - depending on experience
