• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Plan and organize daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Resolve warehouse-related issues and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Stay updated with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in warehousing

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training is a plus
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory control
