Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
Oversee a small team of warehouse, delivery, and admin staff to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy.
Manage order fulfillment for retail, e-commerce, and corporate clients.
Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory records using WMS/SAP or similar systems.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company SOPs.
Support warehouse improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Provide hands-on assistance in daily operations when required.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations (Retail / FMCG / Logistics) preferred,
Experience working in
in-house brand environments
is highly advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge in WMS, SAP, or other warehouse management systems.
Possess a valid
Class 3 Driving License
preferred.
