Roles & Responsibilities:

Efficiently oversee warehouse inventory control, ensuring accurate stock counts and proper material handling. Implement and maintain systems to track and manage inventory levels. Manage daily warehouse operations, leading and supervising a team of drivers for local delivery. Oversee the movement, distribution, and storage of products within the warehouse. Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing products to optimize warehouse processes. Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitary, and work safety standards. Adhere to government rules and regulations related to warehouse operations. Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for the best purchase packages. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain quality, pricing, and delivery standards. Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents accurately and in a timely manner. Generate monthly reports for Directors, providing insights intowarehouse performance. Generate and file invoices, ensuring completeness of documents for submission to accounts. Contribute to cost-effective warehouse management practices. Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the company's supply chain. Implement strategies to streamline logistics processes and enhanceoverall performance.

Job Requirements:

At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate degree in any field. Proficiency in Mandarin (reading,writing, and speaking) to handle queries from Mandarin-speaking counterparts. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field. Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word, effective communication, and leadership. Class 3 license and ForkLift license are preferred. * Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Warehouse Management or equivalent.
