Salary Range:

S$2,100 + $90 allowance

Estimated Gross

: ~ S$3,000 - S$3,500/month with opportunities for overtime

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of warehouse staff in daily operations Oversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping of goods Safely operate forklift when necessary for goods handling Ensure accuracy in stock control and documentation processes Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Support supervisor in coordinating workflow and meeting deadlines Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and adherence to processes

Requirements

Valid forklift license At least 1-2 years of warehouse experience with supervisory or team lead exposure Able to perform manual warehouse duties safely when required Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with reliability and attention to detail
