Job Description
Warehouse Service To support growth in Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa Oil & Gas E+P industry, Drilltech is hiring suitable candidates to strengthen current Operations Team. Warehouse Service Technician - Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support all warehouse/yard/operational duties.
- Assist Operations on documentations for incoming and outgoing of rental equipment.
- Assist in dispatch and receipt of equipment including shipment coordination and preparation of shipping documents.
- Accurately sort, label and store equipment and spares to optimize warehouse space.
- Assist in Annual Stock Audit
- Handles and/or assist stuffing and loading on mobilization of Rental equipment.
- Perform Preventive Service Maintenance on rental equipment and spares.
- Maintain up-to-date stock records, warehousing, and housekeeping.
- Responsible for document control including but not limited to Commercial Invoice / Packing List, Delivery Note, Receiving Note, updating stock card, inventory chart, verifying inspection certificate, weekly stock report, COC, Purchase Order, Rotary Checklist etc.
- Perform heavy lifting operations.
- Minimum 1 year of Warehousing experience in Oil field rental industry.
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Forklift license is an added advantage.
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
