:Miraco Nutripharm is hiring for the position of Warehouse & Delivery Driver.This Warehouse & Delivery Driver role is part of the Business Operations Business Unit. You will work closely with the Warehouse & Fulfilment, Inventory and Customer Experience teams to ensure our smooth operations, customer satisfaction and growth.Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain new warehouse space and efficient logistic processes for smooth office relocation, ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness and organisation

• Check that goods arrive and are delivered to our clients in good condition, document and escalate to management team or suppliers when necessary
• Pack products including folding of carton boxes, applying of sticker labels, information leaflets and QR codes
• Deliver goods to our clients islandwide accurately and on time to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely and support Operations team to coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders, ensure healthy inventory levels and order fulfilment by processing invoices etc
• Assist with business and administrative duties as assigned including documenting and finetuning SOPs

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license (experience in driving a small to medium sized van will be useful)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic IT skills eg Microsoft office, sending and replying of emails plus printing and filing of documents
• Responsible, meticulous, well-organised and resourceful
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and multi-task
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Interest in process improvement, documentation of SOPs and potential automation will be a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per monthBenefits:

Experience:

• Delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred)
• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
