Warehouse & Delivery Executive/Logistics & Delivery ExecutiveLocation: Currently located at 1 Bukit Batok Street 22, relocating to One Commonwealth in Mid Oct.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pmResponsibilities: - Set up new warehouse space and logistics processes for smooth office relocation- Maintain the safety, cleanliness and organization of warehouse- Check that goods arrive and are delivered to clients in good condition, document and escalate to management team or suppliers where necessary- Package products including applying of stickler labels, information leaflets and QR codes- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers islandwide- Work closely with operations team to coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders, ensure healthy inventory levels and assist with processing invoices- Assist with ad-hoc logistic and administrative duties as assignedKey requirements: - Class 3 driving license (Experience in driving a small to medium van will be useful)- Basic verbal and written communication and understanding in English- Basic IT skills eg Microsoft office, sending and replying of emails plus printing of documents- Good communication and coordination skills- Responsible, meticulous, well-organized and resourceful- Able to work independently as well as with a team- Positive attitude, willing to learn and has initiative- Interest in process improvement and potential automation will be a bonusJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per monthSchedule:
