Job Description

We are looking for individuals with experiences in handling shipments and managing inventories. Oracle experience is advantageous.\xe2\x9c\x94 Walking distance from Jurong East MRT:

• Manages the warehouse and shipping & receiving functions.
• Maintains the accuracy of information in the Oracle Process module as well as the accuracy of the physical inventory.
• Sets the minimum/maximum in the Oracle system, including maximizing the inventory turnovers to prevent expiration of raw materials.
• Collaborate with key internal functions such as Operations Team, Business Support Team to provide excellence in supply chain visibility, responsiveness, cost effectiveness and on-time-in-full delivery to key stakeholders.
• Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse operations, transportation and customer services
• Responsible for the overall logistics of the facility including but not limited to inventory control, packaging, shipping and receiving - manage daily activity in these areas and work closely with Senior Logistics Administrator in the warehouse.
• To assist warehouse activities as and when required when incoming/outgoing shipment volume is high.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a logistic/warehousing role
• Diploma in related field of study such as Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred.
• Oracle System knowledge preferable & Intermediate excel skills preferable.
• Computer knowledge Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Words
• Ability to work irregular hours and under pressure when required.
