Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced
Warehouse Manager
to oversee all warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will manage staff, processes, and systems to ensure productivity targets are met and that warehouse operations run smoothly.#
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods Ensure warehouse operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and legal guidelines Oversee inventory control and ensure stock accuracy Implement and improve warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and technology (e.g., forklifts, scanners, WMS) Manage warehouse layout and space optimization * Prepare reports and analyze data to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness
