Job Description
:

- Salary Range : Up to S$4,500 Per month
Responsibilities:
- Review warranty claims submitted by all brands to ensure it is carried out according to manufacturers procedures
- Support warranty audits for all brands at both local and at regional levels
- Track the completion for all recall campaign at both the local and regional levels
- Review internal service and maintenance package utilization
- Track service department operating performance
- Provide coaching to new staff on warranty claims according to manufacturers policy and procedures
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Nitec in Automotive with at least 5 years of experience handling warranty
- Able to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures
- Willing to travel regionally
