Job Description
Watch Technician + Completion Bonus (1 year Renewable Contract )
Salary Package
- S$2200 - $3000
- $50 Shift allowance
- Bonus equivalent to one month\'s remuneration upon completion of contract.
- Contract is on renewable, based on performance.
- Annual Leave and Medical entitlements will be available upon confirmation.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days work week)
Working hours: 9-6pm
- Basic functions of cleaning and repairing Analogue, Quartz and Digital watches.
- Replace worn out/faulty components and movable parts of watches from dis-assembly to final assembly using testing instruments.
- Function includes performing product analysis on malfunctioning watches and finds out root cause of defect.
- Perform repair work according to the nature of defect and restore faulty watches to working condition.
- Perform repair costs estimation and inform customers according to needs.
- Handle customer inquiries from service receptions, emails to telephone calls.
- All other Casio products that are assigned on ad hoc basis (Training provided)
- GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\' Level/ NITEC in Engineering
- Watch repair experience is preferred
- Possess excellent eye coordination to be able to work with delicate and miniature parts of watches and small precision tools.
- Strong interest in watches.
- Able to carry out intricate and delicate work without supervision
- Patience and meticulous to details is a must.
- Customer Service and relevant skills are an advantage.
- Experience min 3 years
