Job Description

The Global Credit Operations Transformation Team leads and drives the Lending Solutions Operations, Business and Risk agendas to facilitate ongoing large-scale transformation for the Global Private Bank and Wealth Management. The team focuses on automation through process improvements, strategic technology program implementation and the usage of analytics and visualization self-service tools. We work across various business functions with an extremely diversified change mobilization and project agenda.

Job responsibilities

• You will plan, manage, lead and deliver high profile global projects through pragmatic application of project management methodologies, use of a clearly defined delivery roadmaps/project plans with robust financial and risk management
• You have to drive progress/improvements against a defined plan, understand challenges and mitigate potential cost or time delays
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders across functional groups (e.g. Legal, Technology, Middle Office, Business Management), to define, document and deliver business requirements
• You will drive continuous improvement of the team\'s strategic approach to managing change, including identifying and sharing scalable best practices with a key focus on process efficiencies
• Define clear roles and responsibilities for the team and members and ensure project delivery and documentation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Mathematics or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years\' experience in the banking industry ( preferably within the High-Net-Worth Wealth Management area)
• Relevant experience in Change Management within the banking industry and a strong understanding of Project Methodologies
• Articulate and confident individual capable of communicating with/influencing/presenting to Senior Executives having several years\' experience of this in previous roles
• An established team player who shows commitment and dedication, can maintain a positive attitude and deliver results in a demanding/evolving environment
• Ability to identify critical business/technology/regulatory requirements and potential gaps by understanding complex and interdependent processes
• We\'re a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluency in English is required
  
  

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• An intermediate to advanced knowledge of Alteryx, Xceptor, Signavio and relevant experience in Business Analysis to drive operational change and system development
• Preferably Agile or PMP certified
• Able to demonstrate a consulting mind-set with ability to support thorough, end-to-end development of data driven strategic concepts/initiatives.
