Cross Asset Trading Analyst

As a Full Time Solutions Analyst in the Asia Private Bank Cross-Asset Trading team for the Asia markets, you will work with top-tier professionals to help the UHNW individuals, families, foundations and endowments to grow, manage and sustain their wealth by executing trades and partnering with advisors to provide product access and solutions.

You will work as part of an integrated team to deliver market access across the globe in Equities, Fixed Income and/or FX. You will work in a team of trading specialists located in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as a team of advisors (Bankers and Investors) to provide advisory services and execution of client investment needs.

You will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of the private banking platform and take ownership of the process flows to ensure the success of the team. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Execute stock and bond trades as well as FX transactions by getting familiar with our different execution platforms
• Develop a market knowledge and specialized skills in accessing liquidity and market access for our clients
• Preparing trading reports as well as helping advisors working on client portfolio reviews
• Conducting industry and product research

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Highly motivated with entrepreneurial drive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for sales and client relationship management
• Good presentation and writing skills
• Must be adaptable and able to work in a stressful and demanding environment
• Knowledge of, and passion for, the financial markets
• Strong initiative, energy and confidence
• Good judgment and discretion, as Analysts work with highly confidential information
• Alongside fluent English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus as the job holder is required to liaise with stakeholders from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint as well programming skills a plus (VBA, Python)
