Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently inviting new graduates to apply and explore a career in our Personal Wealth Management and Financial Consultant Teams.

These opportunities do not require prior banking experience as our comprehensive training and development programmes, together with sponsorship support for relevant qualifications, will equip you with the necessary skills to succeed.

Principal Responsibilities

• Build excellent customer relationships and ensuring best-in-class customer experiences
• Establish and determine the financial goals and current situation for our customers
• Develop an excellent rapport with our customers, interacting via telephone and email
• Adopt needs-based approach to provide recommendations and solutions to meet customers personal banking needs
• Develop and implement wealth preservation and wealth accumulation plans using insurance solutions
• Ensure all operational transactions are executed expeditiously and with minimum errors, while staying within compliance with audit and statutory guidelines

Requirements

• Candidates with no prior experience and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as thorough training and development will be provided
• Minimum diploma holder
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great interpersonal skills, coupled with adaptability and willingness to learn
• Committed, self-driven and armed with a positive mindset
• Driven to excel in a focused and fast-paced environment

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
