OBJECTIVE

• Expose the interns to the financial services sector.
• Create a leadership experience and opportunity for our Management Associate position.

Over 2 transformative weeks, you'll gain first-hand exposure to the real work, mindset, and mission of today's financial consultants. Through practical sessions, team activities, simulations, and mentorship, you'll get a meaningful introduction into this dynamic and impactful industry.

• Investing fundamentals & personal finance strategies
• Insurance, CPF, and estate planning made practical
• Understanding retirement readiness and your financial freedom index
• Cashflow optimisation for young adults
• Entrepreneurship, sales psychology & personal branding
• Client relationship management & real-world advisory tools
• Personality profiling (Enneagram) for self-awareness and suitability check
• Mentorship from seasoned advisors and sharing by ex-intern
