Purpose of Role

The Wealth Planning Executive will :


1) Support the Wealth Planning team in the onboarding of high net worth individuals as trust clients. Focusing on opening bank accounts with various Private Banks in Singapore, Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.

Key Accountabilities

Liaise with various private banks in the region to setup private bank accounts Prepare of internal client onboarding documents Create and maintain client records using NavOne (CRM software) Performing name screening and analysing screening results for potential clients according to MAS guidelines on anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism (using RiskScreen) Scanning & organising documents into shared folders Sorting & Filing of physical documents Printing and binding of marketing materials Other office administrative and clerical works including photocopying, arranging of courier, arranging for notary etc...

Knowledge and Experience

Familiarity with legal, trust or private banking industry will be advantageous. Experience and knowledge in bank account opening Good writing and analytical skills. * Proficient in English and Mandarin.
