Your role
The Role-Holder acts as an agent of the UBS Trust companies to facilitate trust business and is responsible for all documentation in relation to trust related new & aftersales tasks that abide by WM A&S Wealth Planning operational framework/manual.
The Role-Holder will support Wealth Planners to build long term relationships with the settlors and beneficiaries, attending to any issues or requests which arises from the trust structures - dealing with Client Advisors, coordinating with Trustees, Trust & Fiduciary Operations, other internal functions and external parties on technical or operational matters. The Role-Holder will support the Wealth Planning team in meeting risk control requirements by maintaining and administering Master List and necessary internal controls as well as responsibility for new business documentation including submission and liaison with the Trust Company\'s New Business Team so as to ensure a smooth new trust acceptance process. The individual is responsible to keep up-to-date on all regulatory & internal policy changes that may affect the business and structures in order to generate the best-in-class service for the clients.

Your team
You\'ll be working as part of the Wealth Planning Relationship Management team in Advisory & Sales (WM A&S). We actively support Client Advisors in client meetings, presentations and after-sales activities relating to asset ownership and structuring. We follow political, tax and economic developments in specific countries and apply this knowledge to client situations whilst ensuring that our wealth planning business continues to meet the bank\'s general and wealth planning specific standards and policies.
