1.Drive bancassurance sales and strategies in Retail Banking.
2.Establish and manage the Bancassurance product portfolio and introduce appropriate product solutions to the suitable target audience.
3.Implement appropriate strategies and campaigns to drive sales and improve cross-selling and ups-selling.
4.Ensure a robust product compliance framework for marketing bancassurance products in the distribution channels.
5.Ensure timely preparation of relevant reports to respective stakeholders to effectively manage the business and portfolio.
6.Support the distribution channels as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in providing insight, industry updates and regulatory changes.
Job Requirements
1.Tertiary qualifications from recognised institutions.
2.At least 3 years working experience in a Retail Banking Product Team role or a Business Development Manager from insurance company or 5 years in FA sales role in a regulated Financial Institution in Singapore. 3.Understanding of investment and insurance products across various business segments.
4.Analytical, Excellent team player, Independent, Good written/verbal communication skills.
