Remuneration:

Monthly Salary plus commission

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree Holder
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the sales industry
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
  • Committed, driven and eager to succeed
Candidates who join us as a Wealth Relationship Manager, will be enrolled in the AIA Executive Associate Program (EAP). The AIA EAP is a new initiative to groom our next generation of industry leaders. This holistic programme aims to develop you into a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table – an internationally recognised standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business. Through intensive training and senior mentorship, you will learn to demonstrate exceptional professional and product knowledge, strict ethical conduct as well as outstanding client service, paving the path towards your ambitions. You will also undergo a structured career path leading to sales management, with an option of undergoing an Corporate Career Path or an Agency Career Path.
