Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, build and manage a portfolio of clients

- Focus on delivering financial planning solutions for clients

- Help clients make informed decisions on their short- and long-term financial goals

- Involve prospecting, client development and provide financial advice to clients

- Establish a trusted and healthy relationship with clients

Job Requirements:

Minimum A level/Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or degree above.

Must be Singaporean or PR; 21 years and above.

Stage 1:

Candidate will be told to finish 4 papers (M9, M9a, M5 , HI)
All papers will be paid on the first try and 50% on the 2nd try.
Once completed all papers, they will be given $1500 as a completion bonus for the papers. If they were to do it the second time, then they will be awarded 50% of the amount as the bonus.

Stage 2:

Candidate will then be coded(onboarded) and be going through training under HSBC Life. This will be a 24-month bond (it is a perm role) where they will put under this scheme. The salary ranges from 2-8K, depending on their comfortability. They will have to hit 3x of their base salary. If they do not hit in 3-6 months, the base will be removed, and they will be working on commission base.

24-month bond is to secure and guarantee HSBC Life as they will be given commissions and if they were to leave without fulfilling their targets, they will have to pay up the base salary they have been getting all these while and leave.
