Analyzes issues and concerns and recommends solution on how to manage the 3rd party vendor
Schedules and approves for web posting and publishing (Schedules the web posting of technical documents; Approves publishing of web pages)
Recommends improvement on change request and processes
Implements major change request (scripting, interactive content)
Troubleshoots major bugs/defects and assists associate developers in making sure issues/requests are resolved appropriately and on time (advanced bug/defects: loss of data, server errors, logical errors, unexpected app behavior)
Coordinates with country/world area content reviewers on content approval and publishing
Coordinates with cross-functional groups in executing translation projects
Performs testing of updated module or functionality
Performs testing of published web content
Performs internal quality checks on updated module or functionality and recommends changes to the request

Gathers requirements and approvals needed
Monitors the progress of all transactions
Duty 2: Project Support
Project Planning
Creates project scope and timeline for small applications
In case of differences, negotiate with clients for small applications
Leads project milestone and gate reviews
Reviews the objective in comparison to the actual output
Encodes documentation using standard project templates; stores and organizes the documents to the teams’ repository
Provides own work estimates and can negotiate turnaround time within the team
Informs the project lead on changes
Project Execution
Creates prototypes, mock-ups using standard project templates and tools for projects without wireframes
Follows set coding standards, code sharing and design guidelines of the team
Shares only working codes with the teams
Develops simple modules or basic functionalities
Reports own progress back to the project tracking tool
Project Testing and Deployment
Implements the necessary fix or improvement for advanced web project testing results
Duty 3: Mailbox Management
Allocates Requests/Tasks/Emails to appropriate individual support group (Workload and Escalation Management)
Responds to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from mailbox and identify need for escalations
