About the Role

As a Web Designer Intern, you'll focus primarily on designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress and Webflow, with occasional prototyping in Figma. You'll also have opportunities to learn innovative AI automation solutions to support SEO strategies. No previous automation experience? We'll teach you--just bring your creativity, curiosity, and enthusiasm for web technology.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development

Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites using

WordPress and Webflow

Support basic prototyping and mockups in Figma when needed Manage website updates, performance improvements, and backups Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user engagement Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure site functionality

AI Automation (Potential Learning Opportunity)

Get trained on designing and maintaining AI-driven automation workflows Explore automation tools like n8n to support internal and client operations Document processes and assist in creating client reports using automation

SEO & Digital Marketing Integration

Learn foundational SEO principles and digital marketing techniques Optimize website content and structure to enhance SEO performance Assist with content updates aligned with SEO strategies Collaborate with the team on website improvements that boost conversions and user experience

What We're Looking For

A strong eye for design and genuine interest in technology and tinkering with websites Experience with or interest in WordPress, Webflow, and UX/UI best practices Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms Some exposure to tools like Figma for prototyping Eagerness to learn AI automation and SEO fundamentals Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with good time management skills for remote work Bonus: Excellent communication skills to support client interactions and team collaboration
