Job Description

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development technologies, including Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile responsive design.

Responsibilities

Website management and performance

• Website maintenance, improvements and evolution: Ensure that the organisation\'s websites and CMS are properly maintained and functioning at all times; update website content, fix links, pictures and content that are not loading properly; monitor and resolve site speed/analytics and other performance issues; manage certificates; drive UX and other improvements; support site enhancement specification / user testing when required; and coordinate with the organisation\'s web agency to perform required maintenance and new developments (eg: add new features, create/evolve templates, evolve the website structure, website migration, etc.).
• Create and update of content and visuals: Create landing pages based on the respective clinic campaigns.
• Web analytics tracking and reporting: Monitor website metrics such as websites\' traffic, new vs returning users, top landing pages, and etc.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) management and reporting

• Strategy development: Maintain and update the list of keywords that the organisation wants to be well ranked for and build strategy for improving rankings.
• SEO monitoring and improvements: Review issues using Ahrefs and make updates or work with the web agency to make technical updates (includes fixing issues with meta descriptions, URLs, redirect and broken links/pages, duplicate content); ensure all website content is search optimized by improving content quality (such as by optimizing titles & meta descriptions, relevant links, SEO images & multimedia elements, tweaking web page layout), keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings - webpages include homepage, landing pages, blog posts, product pages (on-page SEO); coordinate back-links with partners.
• SEO Audit and fixes: Perform technical SEO audit; review SEO technical issues and recommend changes and/or resolve issues; generate a report and brief all website stakeholders on findings and fixes required.

Tag Management

• Google Tag Manager (GTM) platform: Review and ensure correct implementation of Google Tag Manager to track digital marketing effort to determine brand and campaign effectiveness
• Digital tagging / tracking: Design, implement, and document customized analytics and digital tagging/tracking specifications for digital content.

Digital KPI tracking and analysis (including for Google analytics, Ahref, SEO)

• Monitor and report weekly website activities and performance (analytics, SEO) and campaign results (new content launches), and relevant actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Leverage expertise in performance marketing to actively mine campaign performance data for learnings, insights and to optimise existing and future campaigns.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in a computing, data science or related discipline
• Data driven, meticulous, with razor-sharp attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughness
• Good knowledge of current SEO practices, solid understanding of keyword research
• Demonstrable experience (minimum of 4 years) in UX/UI, website management, performance and optimization
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital campaign management tools, including Hotjar, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4.0, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business/Google Profile and Social Media Platforms
• Excellent project and time management ability
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with short timelines
