This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.



This is a 12-month Senior Project Executive / Business Analyst (BA) contract role ( based in Malaysia ) where you will be reporting to the Web Channel Lead for a CMS Migration project. Key Responsibilities



Initiation and Planning Phase



Consume Overall Project Plan defined by Web Channel Lead



Understand department structures, stakeholders and resource engagement process



Understand technical architecture and UIUX design of current stack



Align with Web Channel Lead on criteria for



Autonomy on decision-making



Request acceptance / prioritisation



Escalation



Requirements gathering and structuring



Outline a scalable, maintainable integrated framework that captures all requirements and reflect latest statuses

Execution and delivery



Task planning



Write clear and actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria



Define, plan and assign tasks that ensures successful and timely delivery



Stakeholder and Resource engagement

Key stakeholders:

Information Security Team, UIUX Team, Product Teams, Resource Teams

Key resources:

UIUX Creatives, AEM Engineer/Developer, Content Executives,



Assess feasibility of timeline for fulfilling stakeholders' requests and requirements before establishing action plan



Responsible escalation and reporting



Documentation and communication



Organise and/or participate in recurring standups, ensuring documentation of all communication touchpoints



Create functional and solution design specifications documents where relevant



Establish documentation of CMS component rules and variants by working with UIUX Lead



Regular sync-up with always-on BAU website changes



Update Website Information Architecture (IA) based on BAU activities and sync up with BAU / SEO / Analytics and other teams where relevant



Highlight potential risks and/or impact to migration plan



Completion and Handover



Submission of scalable and maintainable documentations



Plan and run walkthroughs & demonstrations meetings for full-time team to takeover



Additional tasks



Undertake additional responsibilities that are deemed by Web Channel Lead to be related to the project

Qualifications

Work Experience



At least 3 years of cumulative experience in project management and as a Business Analyst



Telco / FMCG industry experience is a plus



Vendor management is a plus



Hands-on experience with content population in AEM CMS (On-premise and Cloud)



Hands-on experience with breaking down and drawing insights from Adobe Best Practice Analyzer Report



Proven experience with following through a product/project management life cycle



Proven experience with high quality presentation of progress and plans



Proven experience with operating in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment



Participated or led a transformation / migration / change management initiative



Familiar with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid Project Management frameworks



General understanding of system, workflow design and software development & testing frameworks



General understanding of system/product design, coding and design efforts



Advanced software and tools



Adobe Suite (Adobe Experience Manager (On-premise and Cloud), Adobe Analytics)



Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)



Visualisation and modelling (Figma, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Whiteboard)



Microsoft Suite (Integration of Teams, Power Automate, Planner, OneNote) is a plus



Education and certifications



Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent



PMI-PMP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, CCBA, BCS , CBAP certification(s) will be a plus
