What we\'re looking for

Ethlas is looking for an aspiring Marketer that\xe2\x80\x99s keen on Web3 marketing and community management, preferably in the crypto or NFT market, and is passionate about engaging with communities to promote Web3 projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online communities on Discord and Twitter for a Web3 project in the crypto or NFT market.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster positive interactions, build brand awareness, and drive community growth.
• Create and curate engaging content, including social media posts, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Monitor and respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute community events, AMA sessions, and other community initiatives to promote community participation and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to align community strategies with overall project goals.
• Analyze community metrics, feedback, and sentiment to gather insights and provide recommendations for improving community engagement and brand positioning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, news, and best practices related to web3, crypto, and NFTs, and incorporate them into community strategies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on community performance and progress towards community goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management on Discord and Twitter, preferably in the crypto or NFT market.
• Deep understanding of web3 technologies, crypto, and NFTs, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with community members in a positive and professional manner.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to set and achieve community-related goals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs, and understanding of the associated terminologies and concepts.
