Upcare Pty Ltd is a innovative disability startup based in Melbourne, Australia that curates personalised experiences for people with disabilities, while offering complementary services such as support coordination, allied health and nursing services, and day-to-day home and community care services.



Upcare Pty Ltd is looking to hire part time front-end graphic / user experience designer for content development for a website. The locality of the job is in Singapore and only available to Singaporeans, PR, LTVP and Student Pass Holders. The job allows for flexibility with a working from home arrangement, with a weekly meet at a coworking space or cafe.

Responsibilities

• Editorial design and layout
• Typography, typeset
• Design interactive infographics, diagrams and easy-to-read versions
• Able to create visual assets for digital platforms (i.e website, social media accounts)
• Undertaking UI testing and ensuring user experience is seamless and responsive
• Develop landing pages, external to existing website for special projects and recruitment campaigns

Key attributes

• Highly motivated and demonstrates initiatives
• Able to prepare and present prototypes and sample designs
• Able to think creatively, find inspirations and challenge existing design trends
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in marketing and graphic design, and good understanding of user experience
• Strong portfolio with a range of graphic design
• Familiar with a range of softwares, no limited to adobe, canva, sendible, or other tools

The available shifts are from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm. There is ample flexibility in time management.

The monthly remuneration is based on qualification and experience, range from $600 - $1200 per month. There is an extra payment of $30 - $50 per meeting (from 9am to 6pm), if needed to attend on-site meetings at a co-working space or cafe.
