We're looking for a

Weekend Customer Care & Wellness Therapist

who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a passion for wellness.





This role combines front-of-house service with hands-on therapy support -- perfect for someone with a spa, beauty, or wellness background who enjoys creating a nurturing environment for clients.





You'll be part of our front-desk team at Inspire Mum & Baby, supporting the Women & Children Therapy Centre's therapy operations on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care & Front Desk

Welcome clients and ensure a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Manage class and therapy bookings, walk-in enquiries, and client follow-ups. Coordinate appointments and maintain smooth studio operations. Uphold cleanliness and a calm, welcoming ambience.

Therapy Support

Operate and assist with non-invasive therapy machines Prepare rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitised and set up properly. Provide guidance on pre- and post-treatment care. Support client comfort and safety during sessions.

Requirements

Prior experience in

spa, beauty, or wellness environments

. Familiar with

aesthetic or body therapy devices

preferred. Warm, well-groomed, and service-oriented. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Able to work

independently on weekends

. Basic booking system knowledge is a plus.

Working Hours

Saturday & Sunday:

8:00am - 6:00pm * Additional weekday coverage may be available for part timer who wants to work extra days.
