Job Description
He/ She must :
> Follow company SOP\'s at all times
> Do operational duties which includes bar duties, order taking, serving, clearing , general cleaning within outlet
> Proactively assist to offer information and alternatives to help customers including up-selling menu items and daily specials
> Assist to ensure that all menu offerings are in stock, check on customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders and provide recommendations for food/beverage menu
> Ensure that cafe\xcc\x81 area or side station is clean, neat and well stocked
> Assist to perform opening and closing shift duties whenever required with appropriate supervision
> Perform cashiering duties on POS system and ensuring orders are entered accurately for kitchen
processing
> Maintain positive customer service attitude at all times
> Be a Team Player
> Undertake any other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when assigned *** Barista experience is an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Student job
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits:
