POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for providing information to guests and visitors regarding the hotel facilities as well as the many various bars, restaurants, points of interest in and around Singapore. In addition, you will need to assist the guest to make the best reservations/bookings for tours, restaurants etc., deliver the Whatever/Whenever experience for our guests, prior, during and after their stay.
