DESIGNATION : WelcomeBonus - Team Leader (Warehouse)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Inventory Management team and forwarder, and assign shipments to Third Party Logistics providers (3PLs)
• Arrange for inspections bookings
• Ensure non-approved stocks cannot be picked by 3PL
• Receive shipments into Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ensure inventory accuracy at 3PL warehouse
• Send transfers orders to 3PL
• Ensure 3PL pick and deliver correctly for the transfers from the correct shipment batch
• Ensure 3PL complies to agreed SOPs
• Generate reports with regard to 3PL performance
• Resolve any operations issues with 3PL
• Verify billing from 3PL before submission to Grocery Logistics Singapore
• Look into 3PL process improvement
• Support warehouse operations
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management

QUALIFICATIONS
Key Job Requirements

• Prior relevant warehouse management experience and working in a cold room environment
• Has experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior knowledge and hands-on experience on Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Hands-on, result oriented and demonstrated ability to resolve problems
• Prior experience in leading and managing a team
• Able to work independently and collaborate as a team to achieve results
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc)
• GCE ‘A’/‘O’ level or equivalent
