1. Specialized in Welding and hands on experience in butt weld joining, fillet welding, Nickel Alloy, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, CRA cladding Inconel 625, Inconel 825, SS310, SS316LMn. 2. Hardf Specialized in Welding and hands on experience in butt weld joining, fillet welding, Nickel Alloy, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, CRA cladding Inconel 625, Inconel 825, SS310, SS316LMn. Hardfacing, Stub welding, GTAW, SMAW, GMAW Weld product or parts to custom specification. Provide technical input to perform rework in a cost effective manner Ensure good communication between shop floor and office on any issues that would impact the efficiency/quality of the job. Monitor own work to ensure quality is to required standard. Perform tasks with honesty, integrity and Customer Focus. Following specific and general instructions to produce high quality welds using supplied parameters. To follow Welding Procedure Specifications/Procedure Qualification Records & Preforming the Welder Qualification Records. General fabrication work as per instructions by Supervisor Maintain accurate and legible records of welding parameters and measurements Perform welding (Stub welding, Hardfacing) and post-weld processing (Grinding, material removal operations utilizing air and electric powered tools) Maintain a clean and presentable working area May be required to perform other duties as requested by supervision and willing to work overtime and flexible shifts if required. Ensure only working with Controlled Copy documents and ensure obsolete revisions are handed back to Quality Leader for disposal Ensuring the correct tool is used for the job in hand and that pre-checks are completed each time for damage/calibration etc. Fully embrace the Quality & HSE management systems. Participate in all HSE programs, in particular STOP Intervention, HSE Observations, Accident/Incident Reporting, HSE Auditing & good housekeeping practices Make sure that all operations are recorded (signed off) such that they comply with the Customer expectations and document chargeable time. Fully co-operate with other departments to ensure work flow is maintained as and when required. Confirm all processes have been completed before a job is closed Ensure trace is not lost on the job and that colour coding is adhered to at all times. Ensure part is protected and secured e.g. on pallet or trolley when not on the Machine. Support our continual improvement programmes, recommend and introduce process improvements & cost savings and have technical input to perform job with optimal results.
