What the role is:
ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore's internal security and stability. For over 75 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Personnel Management team as a Welfare & Recognition Executive.
What you will be working on:
Execute a full spectrum of HR activities:- o Formulate and execute HR policies on welfare, recognition and benefit matters and allowances. o Organise and facilitate welfare activities and organization-wide events/ceremonies. o Manage welfare budget, expenditure and analysis of expenditure trends o Conduct employee pulse surveys and perform data analytics on survey findings o Administer HR IT system to ensure timely update of employee information. o Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and manpower data analysis. o Other HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned for People Development Division.
What we are looking for:

• Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies. o Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. o Meticulous, organized and creative with good written and verbal communication skills. o Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels. o Strong, resourceful team player, with a positive and proactive attitude. o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PowerQuery). o Knowledge in HR/Data Analytics/Sharepoint systems would be an advantage. o Only Singaporeans need apply.
