Go extra mile to exceed customer expectation. Keep self updated with wellness and product knowledge Handle reception duties including cashiering, maintain customers' information, class management, walk-in/phone enquires, complains and other ad-hoc duties Maintain the centre facilities and ensure an inspirational atmosphere for classes Conduct inventory stock takes of equipment and merchandises, when required Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the hospitality, wellness, or service related industry
