We create, curate, and run human wellness programmes for corporations and individuals alike, teaching and equipping them to lead healthier and fitter lifestyles, for life.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wellness Programs Coordinator Intern. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with key stakeholders, including corporates, fitness specialists, and potentially international clients, to deliver tailored and innovative wellness solutions.Responsibilities:

• Communicate and collaborate closely with corporate partners, fitness experts, and potentially international clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Scheduling and coordinating fitness classes and handling inquiries and proposals efficiently.
• Assist in the smooth operation of wellness learning programs, both virtually and physically, which may include logistic set-up for fitness classes, nutrition talks and mental health workshops.
• Actively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple aspects of wellness programs simultaneously.
• Availability to manage emergencies and urgent matters promptly, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• A passion for wellness and a desire to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of others.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Can handle fast-paced work environment.
