Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Provide professional skin/body analysis and recommend suitable range of Wellness/Spa treatments/products to guests. 2. Maintain high customer service standards 3. Good understanding of prenatal/postnatal body anatomy and recovery 4. To guide Therapists and deliver good service as a team 5. Exposure to a diverse range of spa/wellness treatments for face and body 6. Arrange and follow up with customers feedback Qualifications: 1. Good esthetics knowledge 2. At least 2 years of working experience in a relevant industry (e.g. medical aesthetics, beauty, and wellness spa) 3.
